Questions about fit and care

Is this a yoga mat or a towel?

This is a yoga towel designed to layer over a yoga or exercise mat. A foam mat is not included.

What size mat does it fit?

It is sized for a 72 × 48-inch mat, including the GrandSpace extra large yoga mat. Check your mat's dimensions before ordering; a 72 × 36-inch WideWing mat is a different size.

How does the towel attach?

The silicone backing rests against the mat, and the corner pockets fit over the mat's corners. Smooth the towel flat before practice and check that the corners are secure.

Does it guarantee slip-free practice?

Grip varies with moisture, the underlying mat and how you move. The backing and corner pockets help keep the towel in place, but do not guarantee that slipping cannot occur.

What is included?

One 72 × 48-inch GrandSpace Yoga Towel with attached corner pockets. The yoga mat is sold separately.
