I acquired this so that I could safeguard my back when engaging in routines for indoor walking. The mat is excellent. I need more help than this because my back is in terrible shape. I'd advise anyone looking to work out on a softer surface. Small mats were absolutely insufficient because our entire home is tiled with hard surfaces. This is a terrific purchase if you want a larger space to exercise on the floor or while standing because the mat is of high quality.

I use like to stretch at home and I was always having to scoot back over to stay on my standard mat. I'm not over an average size, but I do move more than the width of a standard mat in my stretching routine. I love having the extra space! I don't have a lot of space in my home, but I have no problem rolling out this mat for my yoga video or stretching!

Great yoga mat. I was looking for something wider and longer than the average mat, and this size was perfect. Great product, perfect size with even more cushion than I was looking for, and doesn't slide or move. It has also been very durable for workouts with sneakers, which is most of the workouts I use it for, roughly 3-4 times a week. No issues so far or any visible wear and tear. Definitely recommend.
